12/11 Troop Meeting - Class B and Patrol Box Clean-Up

Please wear your Troop t-shirt to the meeting on Monday 12/11 as we will be cleaning the patrol boxes. If you don't have a Troop t-shirt, wear a shirt you don't mind getting dirty. Thank you!

Death Valley National Park Campout 1/12 - 1/15/18 - Sign Up by 12/18/17

Kick off 2018 with Troop 1613 at the amazing Death Valley National Park 1/12 - 1/15/18. Yes, we will be coming back on Monday 1/15 which is the Martin Luther King Holiday. We will visit the vast salt flats of Badwater Basin which is the lowest point in North America at 282 feet below sea level! Then on to Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes, Zabriskie Point and Artists Drive through multi-hued volcanic and sedimentary hills. We will be staying at the Furnace Creek campground in Death Valley. Sign up now as there are limited available spots!

Operation Christmas Child Community Service - December 8th

Scouts and Families who are interested in working at the Operation Christmas Child Warehouse on December 8th and are at least 13 years old, please contact Mrs. Schwartz at ellenschwartz@sbcglobal.net to reserve your spot. The warehouse is in Corona. Due to Friday traffic we will need to leave about 5:30 pm, much earlier than our shift of 7:00 -10:00pm. 

12/18 Troop 1613 Christmas Party

The 12/18 meeting will be the Troop 1613 Christmas Party! Scouts please bring a wrapped gift ($5 to $15 range) for the gift exchange game. Please no white elephant gifts. We will also be having a dessert potluck so please bring a dessert item or beverage or plates or napkins or cups to share. Thank you and Happy Holidays!!

Road to First Class - Work on Requirements Before Troop Meetings

Attention new and current Scouts that are working on requirements leading up to First Class, This is a reminder that the Scoutmaster team is available before Troop meetings at 6:30 PM if you need to meet for a sign-off on a requirement. See you then!

2018 Troop Calendar Update is Here!

We had a few updates to the 2018 calendar. Want to visit national parks, go backpacking, whitewater rafting, fishing, archery, ride ATV's, body surfing, canoeing and much more?! Then check out the attached updated 2018 Troop 1613 calendar with a mix of trips to the mountains, deserts, beaches, lakes and rivers. 2018 is going to be a blast so we hope y'all can join us for the fun!!
