Get ready for an unforgettable week of adventure! Troop 1613 is headed to Big Horn Summer Camp in Lake Arrowhead from July 5 – 11, 2026, and this is shaping up to be our most exciting camp yet! We’re talking next-level experiences all week long, including: An 1,100-foot zip line, Pool with a water slide, Climbing wall + high ropes course, High Adventure COPE (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience) course, Overnight outpost adventures, Shooting sports, aquatics, crafts, STEM, and Eagle-required merit badges, 40+ merit badges offered, including tons of hands-on, action-packed options, First-Year Scout / Pathfinder program designed to launch new Scouts into success. And while the Scouts are having the time of their lives, there are also awesome training opportunities and activities for adult leaders throughout the week! Cost (includes food, camping fees and activities for the week. Some specific merit badges that require materials may have additional charges): Scouts: $795, Adults: $500. On Monday 6/15 at 7pm, we will be having a special Court of Honor. All Scouts and their families are invited to attend. First we will recognize all of the amazing Scouts and adults that participated at Camporee with awards, patches, rank advancements and camping nights awards. Then we will have a special recognition for Hugo Jin and Duncan MacArthur for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. We look forward to seeing you all there!
May 29–31! We’re heading to Lake Jennings in Lakeside, CA, just outside San Diego. Enjoy amazing hilltop views from the campground overlooking the lake, along with kayaking, fishing, and boating. Sign up and turn in your permission form and $40 camping fee.
